The Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support teaching and learning across KS2 Work with pupils on a 1:1 and group basis Help create a positive and inclusive environment Encourage and model good behaviour in line with the school's Golden Rules This is the perfect role for a graduate looking to gain valuable school experience, whether you are considering teacher training, educational psychology, or a long-term support career.
