Are you a Civil Engineering graduate (or have 1-2 years of experience) looking to kick-start your career with a forward-thinking consultancy? I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded development infrastructure and planning specialist based in Hungerford. They're looking for a Graduate or Assistant Civil Engineer to join their growing team.
About the Role
You'll be supporting senior engineers on a diverse range of technically interesting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with planning applications, infrastructure design, and technical approvals-while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with site assessments and feasibility studies
Support the preparation of planning and design packages, including drawings, reports, and calculations
Learn and use design software such as AutoCAD, Site 3D, MicroDrainage, and Flow
Attend site visits and support technical approval processes with local authorities
Help manage project timelines, resources, and budgetsAbout You:
Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
Strong communication and numerical skills
Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn
Good attention to detail and time management
