You will be responsible for managing the team inboxes to ensure prompt responses to business queries, as well as act as a central contact for certain customer queries also. You will work across different sectors to ensure an up to date and robust database for the company's Terms & Conditions, running regular reports and audits which will be shared at a senior level. You will be responsible for the monitoring of various websites making sure to maintain a database of all opportunities. You will be required to provide the wider team with support for various projects, including assisting with the transition to a new CRM system. This is an ideal role for a candidate just beginning their career as there is scope for development and progression.
