Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Governance Manager to support a high-profile public sector organisation in Edinburgh. This role will take a lead in shaping, maintaining, and embedding a governance framework that supports the successful delivery of change across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive governance professional to influence organisational transformation, build effective relationships, and lead improvement across change delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
LOAD Framework Leadership
Act as the lead adviser on the LOAD Delivery Framework, supporting the delivery of change across the organisation. Maintain the framework and associated guidance, ensuring alignment with the evolving operating environment and good practice. Provide guidance to Change Labs and business units to ensure the delivery of initiatives is governed, controlled, and aligned with the LOAD framework.
