to support clinical governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across healthcare services in
Bristol (North) and North Somerset . This is a senior role within the local management team, based primarily in
Bristol (North) , with regular travel across sites. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical and corporate governance across multiple services Ensure compliance with
CQC , regulatory, and internal standards Manage audits, incidents, complaints, risks, and patient feedback Produce governance reports using systems such as
