We are a fast‑growing, global services group (Listed) seeking a Global Process Owner – R2R to drive end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report excellence and lead the optimisation of our global finance systems, data, and processes.
Base pay range
£90,000 to £120,000 + bonus, hybrid – London
Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the global RTR process, ensuring timely and accurate close, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations. You’ll own the group’s finance systems landscape (ERP, consolidation and reporting tools), ensuring master data integrity, process automation and standardisation across all entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve global Record‑to‑Report (RTR) processes, including month‑end close, intercompany, reconciliations and treasury accounting.
Oversee finance data governance – manage chart of accounts, cost centres and reporting hierarchies across ERP and consolidation systems.
Act as the functional owner for finance systems, developing a systems roadmap that supports scalability, automation and efficiency.
Implement automation and workflow tools to streamline close, reconciliation and reporting activities.
Define and monitor key RTR KPIs, improving accuracy, timeliness and control.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, Treasury, Tax and Controllership to resolve issues and enhance reporting quality.
Champion finance transformation initiatives, delivering system upgrades and embedding best practice across global teams.
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Proven experience leading RTR or Group Finance operations within a complex, multinational environment.
Strong understanding of finance systems and data structures.
Track record in process optimisation, automation and system implementation.
Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing global change initiatives.
