Location: Morecambe Type: Full-time 37.5 hours a week and Part Time available potential shift working/extended hours may be required in line with the needs of the business Salary: £28 to £32K, based on experience Start Date: January 2026

As an experienced Glazing Technician, youll take on advanced glazing tasks, support colleagues, and help deliver the exceptional quality were known for. What Youll Do
Complete advanced glazing, edging, and finishing with accuracy and pride.
Operate, maintain, and confidently work with glazing equipment - MEI experience highly desirable but not essential
Tackle specialist, complex work (rimless, wrap, drill-mounted, high-curve) with skill and confidence
Lead by example in quality control and uphold our commitment to craftsmanship
Work closely with the wider team to keep production efficient, positive, and collaborative
Bring ideas, creativity, and energy to our continuous improvement efforts
Help maintain the fun, friendly culture that makes Optimum RX such a great place to work.
Who You Are
Experienced in ophthalmic glazing with excellent technical skills
Positive, approachable, and a team player
Excited by innovation and new ways of working
Comfortable with glazing machinery - MEI experience is a big plus
Someone who enjoys a supportive, upbeat workplace
