ABOUT YOU We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge Manager to become a valued member of our outstanding Concierge team at Pan Pacific London. JOB SUMMARY As Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our unique venue, ensuring the highest standards of service across our multi-faceted operationan elegant afternoon tea and coffee lounge by day, and a vibrant cocktail and champagne lounge by night. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, manage exclusive hires, and coordinate corporate events.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Oversee daily operations of Ginger Lily Bar and Lounge, including afternoon tea, coffee service, and evening bar Ensure seamless transformation from daytime lounge to evening cocktail and champagne venue Maintain and elevate standards of service, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness at all times Lead, motivate, and train the team through active, hands-on management Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate menu offerings, specials, and event requirements Manage bookings, exclusive hires, and corporate events, ensuring smooth execution and premium service Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control for beverages and supplies Implement and uphold health, safety, and licensing regulations Analyse sales and service trends, proactively addressing opportunities for improvement Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for both guests and staff YOUR BENEFITS WORKING AS A GINGER LILY BAR & LOUNGE MANAGER AT PAN PACIFIC LONDON At Pan Pacific London we take pride in our close-knit culture, commitment to development and focus on wellbeing.
