Project Manager (German Speaking)

Location: South London (Hybrid after training & induction)

Salary: circa £32,000 DOE + Excellent Career Progression

Job Overview

We are recruiting for a German speaking Project Manager / Account Manager to join a leading creative packaging design agency working with global FMCG brands and international clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, Account Manager, or Creative Project Coordinator with a background in FMCG, packaging, branding, marketing, translation/localisation, or creative agency environments.

You will manage multiple creative packaging and design projects, ensuring successful delivery from brief through to final artwork and production.

German Speaking Project Manager – Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end creative packaging design projects

* Act as primary contact for German speaking clients (Germany, Austria, Switzerland – DACH region)

* Oversee multiple FMCG packaging, branding, and creative projects

* Coordinate internal teams including design, artwork, production, and account management

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand guidelines

* Manage project budgets, invoicing, and profitability tracking

* Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication

* Communicate fluently in German and English (written and spoken)

German Speaking Project Manager – Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Account Management

* Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

* Strong experience managing multiple projects and deadlines

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Strong client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment

* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

* Must be able to commute to South London

Not suitable for candidates from IT, engineering, construction, or finance project management backgrounds.
