Job Description Bennett & Game are pleased to be representing a well-respected geotechnical and environmental consultancy seeking to appoint a Geotechnical Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically diverse projects providing geotechnical input to residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments across the UK.
The successful candidate will be involved in ground investigations, interpretation of geotechnical data, and the production of design-led recommendations to support safe and efficient development. You will manage multiple projects, contribute to foundation and earthworks design, and collaborate closely with geo-environmental and civil teams. The company offers clear progression routes, chartership support, and exposure to complex ground conditions.
Job Overview
Manage and interpret ground investigation data including logging and laboratory results
Produce geotechnical assessments and design recommendations for foundations and earthworks
Support slope stability, bearing capacity, and ground improvement assessments
Review factual and interpretative ground investigation reports
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure effective project delivery
Work collaboratively with geo-environmental and civil engineers on integrated schemes
