We are recruiting reliable and adaptable General Temporary Workers to support a wide range of clients across East Sussex. This is a flexible role ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and can confidently work in different environments, including offices, schools, retail spaces, residential buildings, hospitality venues, warehouses, and light industrial/factory settings.

About the Role

As a General Temporary Worker, you will be placed into assignments based on client needs and your skills. Duties may include cleaning, basic production tasks, warehouse support, packing, sorting, or general site assistance. Every placement will require professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising

* Support warehouse and factory operations including packing, sorting, production line work, and maintaining clean, safe work areas

* Work across a variety of sites depending on client requirements

* Follow site‑specific instructions, schedules, and health & safety procedures

* Use equipment and cleaning products safely in line with COSHH and workplace guidelines

* Report hazards, maintenance issues, or supply shortages promptly

* Represent the agency professionally at all times and travel to different locations as required

Requirements

* Previous experience in cleaning, warehouse, factory, or general labour roles is beneficial but not essential

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Flexibility to work across different sites and adapt to new routines

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

* Good communication skills

* Physically able to carry out manual tasks
