General Operative / Counterbalance Driver
to join a well-established client based in
Lichfield WS13 . This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing and successful business with long-term prospects. Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour (£28,000) Rising to £14.43 per hour (£30,000) upon securing a permanent position Key Responsibilities: Picking orders accurately using picking lists Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move stock as required Packing orders for both parcel and pallet distribution Assisting with pipe cutting operations Unloading deliveries and organising stock into designated bins Receiving goods from carriers and labelling for customers Supporting customer collections Communicating effectively with office staff regarding orders Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a general operative or labouring role Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting Valid external Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential) Experience using hand tools and power tools Apply Now: If youre looking for a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow within a successful and expanding business, wed love to hear from you.
