guest rooms . This is a multifaceted role combining wet sales, food and accommodation, so it needs someone who can juggle operations while keeping standards high across the board. Will look at a strong deputy manager looking for their first GM role - Must have rooms experience This isn't just about running a bar - it's about managing a
full guest experience , from first pint to overnight stay. What You'll Be Doing Taking full ownership of the pub and
rooms operation Managing bookings, occupancy and guest stays Driving wet sales while maintaining strong service standards Leading and developing a front-of-house team Managing labour, stock, GP and compliance Delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience What We're Looking For Proven
General Manager experience in pubs with rooms Strong understanding of
accommodation bookings and guest journeys A hands-on operator who leads from the floor Commercially aware with good operational control Someone who enjoys running a well-rounded hospitality business Salary up to £38,000 If you're a GM who understands both the pub and rooms side of the business - and enjoys running a site with multiple revenue streams this is one you shouldn't overlook.
