We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial General Manager to take the lead across a growing, multi-faceted business in Berkshire. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong operational and commercial acumen. You will have a love of great food and hospitality, and the drive to keep pace with an evolving business. Job Title: General Manager - Restaurant, Deli, Shop and Event Spaces Reporting : To the Owner and Directors Basic Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Benefits: 20 annual days off plus bank holidays, service charge, 5% pension contribution The business includes a vibrant restaurant, a farm to table deli, a thoughtfully curated gift shop, event space and a working farm where they grow much of their produce. They host everything from weekend breakfasts to creative workshops, seasonal dinners, lunches and private events. As the General Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the business, ensuring all areas operate smoothly and to a high standard. You'll be working with a very engaged and fast-moving board, so we're looking for someone who is confident, adaptable and thrives on change. The ability to respond quickly to new ideas in an evolving concept is essential, as is a proactive mindset.
