Lead the launch and daily operations of a 170-cover, high-volume site in Soho Recruit, train, and inspire a 55-strong team across FOH, BOH, and coffee bar Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced counter-service setting Keep standards sky-high on quality, compliance, and customer care Manage budgets, KPIs, and P&L with commercial savvy Build future leaders developing AGMs into the next wave of GMs Adapt and embed brand SOPs for the UK market while keeping the magic intact What youll bring?
