About the role: The role of General Manager will see you responsible for all aspects of the catering only. The Catering offering includes day to day restaurant, visitor café, a retail outlet and lots of hospitality. Overseeing a team of 40 with a turnover in excess of £2 million p/a. You will be super polished and immaculately presented to keep in line with the client's image. This is a demanding contract and will require flexibility in working including weekends.
