an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and knowledgeable Gallery Manager to lead Cornish Masters in St Ives; a respected commercial gallery specialising in works from the Newlyn School and St Ives Modernist movement. we are seeking a confident and personable individual with proven sales ability, curatorial awareness, and a genuine passion for art. A strong knowledge of the Newlyn School and St Ives Modernist artists is highly desirable; however, for the right candidate, this may further developed in post. Above all, applicants should demonstrate a serious interest in art history, particularly Cornwall’s rich artistic heritage. Responsibilities

managing the day to day running of the gallery engaging walk-in visitors and hosting private viewing driving sales and building client relationships assisting the curation and exhibition planning maintaining social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns producing written content for marketing and promotional materials
