The role:
Our General Managers are Bleecker leaders. They empower their teams,  look out for their development and work to make sure they succeed. Their other duties include running the day-to-day operations of the site, driving sales and food consistency, creating weekly schedules, onboarding new hires, training, safeguarding the welfare of the team, managing stock and ensuring compliance with company standards. Without them, the sites do not run. They are the key position in the company.

About you:
Experience in hospitality as General Manager.
Looks after, trains and nurtures their team.
A leader who leads by example and it’s not afraid to get stuck in.
Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
Passionate about good food and drinks.
Keen to work in the kitchen.
Deals well with pressure.
