We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening of an exciting new East London restaurant from Jackson Boxer.
This is not a desk-bound management role. We're searching for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and creates unforgettable guest experiences.
About the Role
As General Manager, you'll be at the heart of the restaurant — setting the tone, leading from the front, and shaping a culture where both team and guests feel genuinely cared for.
