What Our Client is Looking For: Extensive experience as a General Manager within a high-volume, premium, food-focused environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a talented team. Excellent commercial acumen, including a thorough understanding of P&L management, stock control, and achieving financial targets. A strong guest-focused approach with a commitment to delivering consistently high standards of service. Experience working within independent or boutique hospitality groups is highly advantageous. What's On Offer: A competitive salary of £60K to £65K DOE per annum, dependent on experience. A performance-based bonus scheme offering the potential to earn up to £10,000 annually.
