Role
We are looking for an experienced General Manager, with a strong background in high volume pubs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone to join and lead our established management team

Someone who understands genuine hospitality (not just service) drives loyalty and sees the venue from the customers perspective
A thoughtful problem solver who listens well, collaborates with others, and isnt afraid to ask questions
Has high standards and is good at communication with their team to uphold these standards
Maintain a high-quality product range that reflects our guests' needs
An understanding of the area, the customer demographic and local community
A people-focused leader who cares, recognises team talent, and supports growth
Take ownership of the site budget, full ownership of P&L and can envision and plan for the 3 months ahead
