General Manager
who thrives in fast-paced, bust Restaurant & Bar environments and knows how to turn a busy service into something seamless, exciting, and memorable. This is a leadership role for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for food-led concepts. What Youll Be Doing Youll take full ownership of the operation
from the energy on the floor to the performance behind the scenes. This means: Leading from the front during high-volume service, setting the tone and pace Building, developing, and inspiring a strong, motivated team Driving a food first mindset in a busy operation, including private dining and corporate functions. Delivering consistently excellent guest experiences across both the food and bar service Managing P&L, labour, and cost controls without compromising quality Working closely with kitchen leadership to maintain standards, innovation, and speed Creating a culture that people want to be part of
both team and guests What Were Looking For Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume restaurant / cocktail bar operation A genuine passion for food
you understand that great menus drive great venues Strong commercial awareness with a hands-on leadership style Calm under pressure
you know how to handle a packed venue and keep standards high Natural people leader
