Key Responsibilities 1. Store Operations Oversee day-to-day store operations Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and food safety Manage stock, ordering, and supplier coordination Maintain high presentation standards (premium brand focus) 2. Customer Experience Deliver a premium guest experience Handle complaints and service recovery Drive customer loyalty and repeat business (Important for MYKA brand built on experience)
3. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and develop staff Manage rotas, performance, and motivation Create a positive, high-energy team culture Includes hiring, onboarding, and performance management 4. Financial & Commercial Performance Manage P&L, budgets, and costs Drive sales and profitability Monitor KPIs (labour %, wastage, revenue) GM is responsible for budgets and optimizing expenses
5. Brand & Standards Compliance Ensure adherence to: Food safety regulations Company SOPs Brand presentation
