Two floors, multiple bars, several restaurant concepts, weekly revenue of £200k+, and a team of up to 100. It's high-volume, high-energy and needs a seriously strong operator at the helm. We're looking for a hands-on General Manager who leads from the floor, keeps standards sky-high and can bring everything together across a large, multifaceted venue.
