the attention to detail needs to be part of your DNA. You will inherit a very strong team from Housekeeping to Events and all in between
what we need from you, is to be the face of this hidden gem
get out and about with your locals both corporate and families
be brilliant at networking, be a fantastic host with an ability to own the room! We want people to come to the hotel because of you and your brilliance
we just need a proper Hotel General Manager who gets it and is visitable at all times and wants to take the (very strong and capable) team with them. An ideal route would be a current Deputy GM who is ready for a step up, although equally a proven GM would also fit. You will have tones of support in Marketing and Finance
we just need you to be a real leader, someone with oodles of presence who is a natural at socializing with your guests and in so doing creating a strong network of loyal repeat guests
all because of you and your enviable ability to charm and connect with people
this we cannot train, you either have it or you dont
the rest we can support you on. You will have that skill of quickly recognizing your guests
and the detail about them that matters
know who they are when they come to eat in one of your restaurants or use one of your event spaces and they you, this is a rare talent and one that cannot be underestimated of how much weight it carries in the luxury hotels of the world. This hotel has so much to offer it sells itself
