As a Caravan General Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Delivering our Caravan of Love customer experience with your team, serving food and drinks inspired by our founders New Zealand roots and global travels
• Collaborating with your Head Chef to nurture and develop your team
• Continuously developing your own skills and knowledge, taking ownership of your role and restaurant
