Drive standards across the board from cleanliness to customer service and everything in between. Build strong relationships with your team and regulars alike. Understand your guests their preferences, what brings them back, and how to make every visit memorable. Bring energy, fun and a bit of Irish charm to everything you do. Play a key role in growing the business and increasing turnover.
