Job Description: Rosa's Thai is seeking a confident and guest-focused General Manager to lead the opening of new sites in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, leadership, and creating a respectful working environment. We pride ourselves on quality, simplicity, and a modern approach to Thai cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the front of house team delivers an exceptional guest experience

Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure dish quality and efficient service for dine-in and takeaway

Foster a culture of growth and learning within the team, overseeing training and mentoring

Manage stock control, maintenance, and H&S compliance

Lead by example to set high standards and maintain a respectful workplace

Work with marketing to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence
