We're on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager to take the lead at an amazing new Business & Industry location. This is a high-profile role for a confident, inspiring leader who is passionate about food, service, and delivering excellence at every level.
The Role As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for leading a dynamic catering operation that spans staff dining and high-end hospitality , including fine dining experiences. You'll lead from the front, setting the standard in service, presentation, and guest experience, while building strong, trusted relationships with your client.
This is a Monday to Friday role , offering an excellent work-life balance, with evenings required when the business demands .
What You'll Be Doing Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team
Delivering outstanding staff dining and premium hospitality experiences
Building strong, professional client relationships and exceeding expectations
Managing budgets, accounts, and P&L with confidence and commercial insight
Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and presentation
Ensuring attention to detail across every aspect of the operation
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a General Manager (or similar senior role) within hospitality
Strong background in Business & Industry catering , including staff dining
Experience in high-end hospitality and fine dining
A natural leader who is hands-on, well-presented, and leads by example
Strong financial acumen with solid accounts and P&L knowledge
Passion for food, service, and creating memorable experiences
