You will be joining a company who specialises in serving the rail, education, health, local authority, and church sectors throughout Southern England. They offer a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance services, all delivered with a commitment to professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities as Gas Engineer: Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), remedial works, and reactive repairs across a variety of commercial and domestic systems. Lead and support installation projects, including heating systems and domestic water services. Perform advanced fault-finding to diagnose system issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for necessary rectifications. Utilise the live reporting system to manage workflows, ensuring all jobs are logged, updated, and completed within the agreed Contract SLA. Monitor the condition of site plant equipment, submitting "Life Expired" reports and proactive recommendations for plant upgrades or replacements. Participate in a 1-in-4-week emergency call-out rota, providing reactive cover for faults during evenings and weekends.
