We are searching for a Gas Engineer to join a leading contractor working on social housing void properties in Birmingham.

This role is focused on voids work, specifically cooker point alterations and radiator relocations, completing short-duration repair, renewal, and refurbishment works to prepare properties for re-let.

The Gas Engineer will be required to: Carry out gas works within void social housing properties Complete cooker point alterations and radiator relocations Undertake short-duration repairs, renewals, and refurbishment works Aim for first-time fix while working efficiently and safely Work in line with all health & safety and gas compliance regulations

The Gas Engineer will need: Domestic ACS qualifications (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1) Previous experience working within social housing voids Full UK driving licence Experience in a similar role

The Gas Engineer will receive: Competitive hourly rate of pay Company van and fuel card Monday to Friday working hours Opportunity for a permanent position in the future
