Weve just been awarded a new contract and work is ramping up fast. 2026 will be a busy year, and were adding customer-focused engineers to a high-performing, well-supported field team across the South East.

This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with a strong workflow, structured operations, and a digitally-enabled job process that actually works.

• Plumbers:£17.00 per hour

• Gas Engineers:£17.50£18.00 per hour (DOE)

• Company van provided

• Overtime available

• Straightforward, transparent work model (no gimmicks)

Youll deliver quality work and close jobs cleanly using modern field systems. This suits someone who takes pride in doing things properly and wants consistency.

Typical expectations include:

• Using client portals confidently

• Completing digital risk assessments and job updates

• Uploading photos and closing jobs accurately

• Clear communication with customers and the office

• High first-time-fix mindset and professional standards

• Gas Safe registered (for gas roles) gas-qualified engineers strongly preferred

• Strong plumbing capability (plumbing-only applicants welcome)

• Commercial gas training/tickets are a strong advantage (not essential)

• Comfortable working in a structured, process-led environment

• Own hand tools, strong reliability and customer manner

• Clear pipeline of work as the contract scales

• Van provided and a stable PAYE role

• Supportive field management and organised ops
