About the Company



A leading global games and interactive entertainment studio is looking for a Live Services Manager to own and grow a flagship subscription platform. You'll drive commercial performance, shape live content strategy, and deliver an exceptional experience for a highly engaged user base.



About the Role



Develop and execute strategies to increase subscription revenue, ARPU, and customer lifetime value.



Responsibilities



  • Manage the live content calendar and ensure consistent, high-impact updates
  • Analyse engagement and churn data to design retention and win-back initiatives
  • Optimise conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and support acquisition campaigns
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, community, and finance teams
  • Own KPI reporting and turn insights into clear commercial actions



Qualifications



  • 2–4 years in sales, growth, live services, or subscription-based digital products
  • Experience in gaming, SaaS, tech, or digital entertainment is a plus

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, curious, and excited to take ownership
