Clean, sand, and mask surfaces, mix paints, and apply primer and finish coats using spray guns and brushes. Detail Work:
Handle spot priming, small remedial works, and ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained. Production Duties:
Assist with loading/unloading machines, picking, packing, and general labouring. Quality Control:
Record activities accurately, maintain high standards of housekeeping, and adhere to safety protocols. Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to new initiatives and help train colleagues. What You'll Bring: Expertise:
Knowledge of 2-pack and single pack paint processes and base/clearcoat techniques. Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality work, including experience with colour matching. Safety Awareness:
Understanding of Health and Safety, Fire, and Environmental regulations. Team Player:
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, following Paint Shop procedures. Experience:
