What You’ll Do
* Arrange and conduct funerals with care and professionalism
* Liaise with families, medical staff, clergy, crematoria, and cemetery teams
* Maintain accurate records and coordinate logistics
* Participate in out-of-hours rota and support removals when needed
* Contribute to the smooth running of the branch
