Join a dynamic Data team responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality investment and investor data throughout the full investment lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in supporting the data foundation that powers portfolio analytics, reporting, and operational excellence across private markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and input transactional data, ensuring accurate setup of investment vehicles and onboarding of investors into internal systems.
• Process investment-related cashflows daily to enable timely reconciliations and investor reporting Investigate and resolve cash breaks and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee quality control checks and collaborate with portfolio management and front office teams to ensure data integrity
• Support ongoing process improvements, automation initiatives, and system migrations
• Supervise junior team members, providing training and guidance on internal controls and best practices
• Liaise with third-party administrators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of service delivery
• Assist with investment data analysis to support strategic decision-making across multiple asset classes

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience in private markets, with a strong understanding of fund structures and proven expertise in transactional data management and cashflow processing, familiarity with tools such as Power BI is a plus.

Experience in team management, process transformation is highly desirable as well as familiarity with data manipulation or scripting tools.
