Techmunity are hiring a founding engineer for a startup building an autonomous CRM for healthcare.

Most patient relationships break down outside the clinic. Practices struggle to manage tens of thousands of patients, handle questions, follow-ups, and payments without burning out staff - this startup are fixing this issue by becoming the front door to care.

They’re an early-stage company, bootstrapped for 18 months before raising a £2.5m pre-seed round earlier this year.

They’re growing ~200% YoY, support thousands of patients today, and have facilitated millions in patient payments. ~75% of the round is still in the bank.

This founding software engineer is a high-ownership IC role in a very small, experienced engineering team.

You’ll build and shape the product used daily by internal teams and healthcare partners.

The role is frontend-leaning but genuinely full stack, spanning TypeScript/React, backend services, APIs, workflows around patient communication and billing, and the AWS infrastructure that keeps everything running.

They’re looking for engineers who have:

• ~3–5 years experience, or equivalent responsibility gained faster
• Built real products at startups or early teams
• Evidence of ownership and good judgement
• Comfortable with ambiguity and direct, high-stakes conversations

This is not a soft environment and not a place to “try a startup”. It is a respectful, transparent one where it’s safe to challenge and expected that people mean what they say.

London-based. In-person most days (c. 4 days/week). Office near Mayfair.

Compensation: £70k–£120k + meaningful equity (flexible mix).
