Private Banking Our client, a forward-thinking Private Bank based in the City, is seeking a professional Front of House / Office Manager to support their London office of approximately 70 employees. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their presentation, is highly customer-focused, and thrives in a visible front-of-house position within a professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Front of House & Reception Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience Manage incoming calls, screening and directing enquiries efficiently Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries Office & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to teams across the business as required Assist with diary coordination and meeting arrangements Maintain office records and support internal processes Support onboarding for new starters, including access passes, desk set-ups and office orientation About You Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception or Office Manager role within a professional services or corporate environment Polished, professional and personable, with excellent communication skills Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities Confident working independently while supporting a busy office environment Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude Please send your CV in Word format to be considered.
