Front of House Assistant

Location: Covent Garden, London 

We are looking for a professional, confident, calm Front of House Assistant to join a highly impressive and well-known asset management firm in Covent Garden. Working in a boutique-sized firm, you will be the go-to person and ensure the smooth running of the office and reception desk.   

We are looking for someone who wants to go above and beyond the Receptionist role to support their Office Manager by relieving them of some of their duties, including fire warden and facilities.  They are a firm that truly values its employees and offers incredible benefits, so you don’t want to miss out.

Key Tasks will include:

• Switchboard management 
\n\t
• Meet and greet visitors 
\n\t
• Oversight of kitchens, including stocks of fruit/drinks etc and crockery 
\n\t
• Oversight and distribution of lunch provision 
\n\t
• Arrangement of couriers, taxis, postal services 
\n\t
• Invoice management/approval 
\n\t
• Stationery management 
\n\t
• Assist in the broader facilities function 
\n\t
• Fire Warden training 
\n

Experience and Personality 

\n\t
• Minimum 5 years’ + Reception experience within financial services or professional services environment 
\n\t
• Good interpersonal skills. 
\n\t
• Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative. 
\n\t
• Professional yet welcoming 
\n\t
• Reliable and flexible 
\n\t
• Strong administrative skills 
\n\t
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
