Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues. Develop strategies for process improvements in freight handling and delivery operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions. Skills Proven experience in freight operations in ocean imports / exports. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making. Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
