You’ll guide a talented cross-regional team, shaping how AI tools and insights transform SEO performance and client growth. Lead and evolve SEO strategy with a strong AI integration focus Mentor and manage SEO specialists across the UK and India Deliver AI-led audits, insights, and strategic recommendations Create and refine AI prompts and workflows for LLM-based tools Turn AI-powered data into clear, actionable SEO decisions Oversee performance reporting and adapt strategy as needed Act as a senior client partner, presenting insights and driving results

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in a Director-level SEO role (agency or client-side) Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and AI-led SEO workflows Experience leading full-cycle AI audits and developing strategy Confident with tools like Profound, Brandlight, BrightEdge, Trajaan, AccuRanker Skilled at managing hybrid or remote teams Excellent client-facing and presentation skills Bonus: experience with AI-powered SEO reporting
