The Role


We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Freelance Field Sales Representative to grow Onest Energy across Essex, London and the East of England.

This is a field-first role. You’ll spend the majority of your time on the ground:

• Opening new accounts

• Logging data from visits

• Running tastings and activations

• Supporting launches

• Building relationships with site managers

• Driving reorders and in-venue visibility

You will own your region and play a key role in how Onest shows up in-market.


Key Responsibilities


New Business & Account Acquisition

• Identify, pitch and onboard new on-trade, fitness, hospitality and wholesale accounts

• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, tastings, negotiation and onboarding

• Build and manage a strong pipeline

• Consistently hit new account targets

Account Management & Relationship Ownership

• Maintain strong relationships with site managers and decision-makers

• Drive first reorders and support sell-through

• Gather and report field feedback and insights

Field Activation & Execution

• Run tastings and sampling activations

• Ensure strong product placement and brand visibility

• Deploy branded POS materials

• Support new account launches

Sales Reporting & Collaboration

• Track visits, openings and account activity

• Share insights with founders, marketing and operations

• Coordinate with logistics for smooth fulfilment


What We’re Looking For


Essential

• 2+ years’ experience in field sales or account management

• Experience selling into hospitality, gyms, retail, FMCG or drinks

• Proven ability to open and grow accounts

• Confident pitching and negotiating face-to-face

• Highly organised and self-motivated

• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

• Comfortable operating on a freelance/self-employed basis


Nice to Have

• Drinks, wellness or challenger brand experience

• Existing network across Essex/London

• Startup or scale-up experience
