I am looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to assist on a large student accommodation scheme in Bristol City Centre.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Procurement of remaining packages - mainly finishing trades, plus some external works General management of allocated subcontract packages Assessment of monthly subcontract valuations, making payments, issuing relevant payment notices Meeting with subcontractors to discuss any account matters Assessment, negotiation and agreement of subcontract variations Attendance at subcontract progress meetings with site / project manages Advising subcontract liabilities and forecast costs to complete for CVRIf you are interested, please apply with an in depth CV or contact Seb Williams @ PSR Solutions...
