We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to carry out condition surveys for a major hospital site in Manchester. This is an urgent requirement, with the successful candidate starting as soon as possible and working through to the end of September 2025.

Key Responsibilities: Undertaking detailed condition surveys of hospital buildings and associated facilities. Identifying and recording building defects, maintenance requirements, and compliance issues. Producing clear, accurate, and comprehensive survey reports. Liaising with on-site teams to coordinate access and minimise disruption to hospital operations. Requirements: Proven experience in building condition surveys (healthcare experience advantageous).
