Key Responsibilities: Undertake condition surveys across multiple school sites Assess building condition, defects, and maintenance priorities Produce clear and consistent survey reports Work efficiently across a defined geographic patch Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance Requirements: Demonstrable experience in condition surveying Background in Building Surveying or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously Enhanced DBS (essential and must be current) Additional Information: Travel within Kent required Short-term programme with potential for future phases
