  1. Non-working Foreman
  2. Experience in heavy civils, (particularly reinforced concrete and deep drainage)
  3. Minimum requirements
    1. CSCS (ideally black or white)
    2. SMSTS or SSSTS minimum
    3. First aid or appointed persons
  1. Willingness to work well within a team and drive gangs on effectively
  2. Keen eye for production as well as maintaining good health & safety standards
