£50,000 - £55,000 + package (company car, pension, benefits)

The Role

As Foreman, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating labour, plant, and materials while maintaining strong communication with site management and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures Manage site operatives and subcontractors effectively Monitor progress against programme and report updates to management Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Assist with site documentation and reporting requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreman on civils or highways projects Strong knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure works SSSTS or SMSTS certification CSCS card (essential) First Aid qualification (preferred) Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
