Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile / London Portfolio (Zones 1&2) - Up to £53,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 5-20 commercial buildings located in London (Zones 1&2). The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. My client is looking for this person to be the lead engineer for Wet Systems across the contract.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £53,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors Wet Systems Chlorifiers, Actuators, Strainers Unvented Systems Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc) Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors Assisting other engineers Offering technical support This is an M&E contract, so therefore there will be very little plumbing and fabric work Hours of Work

Monday to Friday

Hours of work - 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
