The Job you will do:
A significant part of your role will involve applying your scientific knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.
This could include analysing product performance, reviewing ingredient functionality, troubleshooting production issues, or supporting trials for new or improved products.
You will also be involved in maintaining documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding company and industry standards for quality and food safety.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and understand the full product lifecyclefrom concept through to production and distribution.
You will be encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas, and continuously learn as you rotate or engage with different areas of the business.
About you:
Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
Strong interest in food manufacturing and product development
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
