Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:0021:00

Salary: £32,000£33,000 DOE

Contract: First 12 weeks via agency, paid weekly The Role Supervise daily food production operations, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met Implement and maintain HACCP procedures across the production process Train, support and manage production staff to ensure best practice is followed Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to meet production demands Carry out regular equipment and site inspections, reporting maintenance issues where required Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies Maintain accurate records of production, safety checks and staff training What Were Looking For Proven experience in a food production supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP Mechanical awareness of food processing equipment Excellent organisational and leadership skills Confident with basic maths for stock control and reporting This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable weekday role with responsibility and scope to make a real impact.
